IT IS THE POLICY OF BCC CORPORATION NOT TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANY PERSON BECAUSE OF RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, SEX, HANDICAP, AND FAMILY STATUS, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN IN THE RENTAL OF HOUSING. It is also the policy of BCC Corporation to allow any resident, at the expense of the resident, to reasonably modify the existing premises occupied, or to be occupied, by a person with disabilities. All lease holders must be a least of 21 years of age.
All persons applying for an apartment must have a local verifiable source of income in a gross amount no less than three (3) times the rental rate. Legally married couples, or those filing a joint tax return, may combine their incomes. Monthly income will be required with most recent paycheck stubs. Self-employed applicants will be required to supply the most recent file income tax return and certified verification from their company accountant or bank.
Past rental history must be satisfactory (i.e., rent paid on time, lease obligation fulfilled, residence left in satisfactory condition with no outstanding charges). An eviction would constitute cause for denial. Approval for applicants who are homeowners, the mortgage must reflect on credit. We will accept first time renters with sufficient current credit accounts (credit history) at 100% credit or we will require double deposit.
Lack of established credit or a negative credit rating of 75% or less will require either double deposit, or a guarantor. More than 80% acceptable credit with sufficient current accounts (credit history), pending Rental History, deposit will be determined by management. We allow one broken lease; at least 3 years old; the amount owed does not exceed $1,500 and good rental history since. Applicant with negative check writing history must make payments in the form of money order or cashier’s check.
The maximum numbers of residents permitted to dwell in an apartment shall not exceed two (2) occupants per bedroom.
• All occupants 18 and over will be checked for criminal history. Applicant(s) will be declined automatically for the offenses listed below:
- Felony convictions within the previous 10 years. (Felony convictions older than 10 years will be reviewed by management). Does not guarantee approval.
- Misdemeanor convictions within the previous 3 years. (Misdemeanor convictions older than 3 years will be reviewed by management). Does not guarantee approval.
- Misdemeanor or felony convictions or crimes against person or property, or prostitution offense.
- Criminal sex offender convictions.
Please note: This requirement does not constitute a guarantee or representation that residents or occupants currently residing in our community have not been convicted of a felony, or any crimes. There may be residents or occupants that have resided in our community prior to this requirement going into effect. Additionally, our ability to verify this information is limited to the information made available to us by the resident credit/criminal history reporting services used. We cannot guarantee your safety, should you choose to live in our community we recommend that you check the local sheriff’s department regarding the crime statistics in any neighborhood in which you may choose to reside.
All fees and security deposits must be paid to Lakebridge Apartments in the form of money order or cashier’s check. All monies are non-refundable if declined or if applicant(s) cancel.

We allow most pets. We do not allow pit bulls, and some other restrictions may apply.
Our pet fees are $550 for one pet, $650 for two pets.
We have a maximum of 2 people per bedroom.
All tenants signing lease are equally responsible for the entire apartment.
